Emily A. Elkins
Background
Emily joined the firm as an attorney in 2025 after graduating from law school. Her practice focuses primarily on family law, including divorce and child custody matters. She is licensed to practice in all Washington state courts.
Emily grew up in Rochester and graduated from Rochester High School before attending Central Washington University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice in 2021. She first joined the firm as a file clerk, later taking on responsibilities as a legal assistant. During law school, Emily returned to the firm for her second summer, where she discovered her passion for helping clients navigate family law matters.
Outside of the office, Emily enjoys snowboarding, photography, traveling, hiking, spending time in nature, and reading historical fiction.
