Erin M. Kuns

Background

Erin’s practice focuses on primarily estate planning, trust, and probate law. She is licensed to practice in Washington state courts.

Having been with our firm since 2016, Erin started first as a receptionist, then legal assistant, then law clerk, and now attorney. As our newest home-grown attorney, Erin is proud to have roots in Thurston County – graduating from Capital High School, here in Olympia. Prior to entering the legal sphere, she spent 5 years working in the banking industry.

In her free time, Erin enjoys music, wine and beer tasting, spending time with her friends and family, watching documentaries, studying the history of Tudor England and WWII - European Theatre, and traveling the world (most recently adventuring in South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Namibia, and Zambia!).

Education

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Cedarville University (Cedarville, Ohio), received her paralegal certification from the University of Washington, and successfully completed the Washington State Bar Association APR 6 Law Clerkship.
